File Upload Failed

Hi, I'm having an issue uploading CAD files to A360.  We have the previous version of the CAD files on a360 and I'm trying to upload a new version.  However I get a File Failed to Upload error.  When I try to upload to a different folder the file uploads okay.  They are not very big files, the largest is 450 kb.

Hi,

Thanks for posting your question in the forum.

Have you tried using a different internet browser to upload the file?

Does the file open without issues when uploaded to the second folder?

Would it be possible that the file got corrupted?

Try auditing and recovering the file to see if AutoCAD finds any errors.

If it's an option, rename the file and see if it uploads without issues to the original folder.

Please let us know if this helps.

Cheers,

Luciane
