I'm trying to share a 3D model with a customer without measurements being able to be taken, so I sharing a DWF file with the 'Enable Measure' box unticked. However, whenever I try to view the file online using Autodesk Viewer, I get an error telling me 'Processing has failed'. See the screenshot.
How can I resolve this? Or is there a better way to share a model without sharing dimensions?
