Control over ASME dimensioning style for radius and diameter.

I would like to know if there is a way to change the dimension style in the ASME standard. The image below shows 2 different styles for dimensions. the R10 dimension is the one that Fusion 360 will automatically do but the R40 and R46 dimensions are impossible as far as I can tell.

As for diameters I can not dimension a diameter like the image below and I would like to.

The ISO standards have similar styles of dimensioning but I need to use the ASME standard for the position of the numerical values
