BIM 360 Team, Assigning to Multiple HUBS

Hi Autodesk Folks.

<<<<<HELP>>>>

We have a customer that just purchased BIM 360 Team, and they have multiple HUBS. They have a HUB for each market type of work they do. For example they have a hub for Industrial, another for Corporate, etc...

The question they have is, can they use 1 seat of BIM 360 team across multiple hubs? It appears that they can only assign a contract to one HUB. If they do this will the other hubs not have access to BIM 360 Team?

Thanks,

Rick Kremer

Hi Rick, that is correct.

  • You can assign a single contract (regardless of seat quantity) to only one Hub.
  • You can assign multiple contracts to a single Hub.
  • You can NOT assign Multiple Hubs to a single contract.

If your customer needs to maintain separate hubs for each unit of their business, then they'll need separate BIM 360 Team contracts for each.

Thanks,

Brett,

Thank you for the quick reply. We are on the phone with the customer as I type.

Trying to get it all sorted. They have 50 seats on their new contract of BIM 360 Team.

Rick
