Batch download (ZIP)

There seems to be a problem with batch downloading a zipped structure of subfolders (with a couple of large files). There is a long (minutes) "Compressing your items..." message and then the Download.zip file is downloading - but its size is 0. Probably some kind of timeout - server- or communication-related.

Hi Vladimir,

This is a known issue that we've seen prior, and the current work around is to choose less files (2GB total seems to be the working range) in your download, and let us know if that doesn't work for you.

Thanks. It was less than 2GB in this case (about 800MB) but good to know it is logged and in the queue.
