A360 Viewer : Controlling sheets to be shared & Design option change

- Can we control what design option is used when uploading?  Not necessarily having control after through the viewer.

- How can one control which sheets are shared to a client through viewer?

Thank you

Hello Brad and welcome to the forums.   The viewer and A360 do not control this, you would do it from the product you were uploading to the Team site.  For example if you were in AutoCAD, you would need to only upload the sheets that had the drawings and sheets visable.   Once on the WEB Site, every thing that is in the drawing is visable.   You could publish a DWF or DWFx of what you wanted to share with the client so they only see those parts.

It is an interesting idea to be able to control this at the viewer level, you might want to post this to our Idea board. That is where we capture ideas on new features or suggestions like this as well as enhancements to existing features. Once the idea is posted, we open them up to voting and comments.  That way others can jump in and vote on the feature as well as add a comment on how they would envision seeing this work. Here is a direct link to the Idea board.

Thanks again for posting your question and looking forward to seeing this posted in our Idea board.
