A360 Sign In Conflict

After changing my email address i am unable to to sign in to A360. The error message i receive says that i already been invited to this hub and that i should post this issue to the A360 forum.

I've changed my e-mail in my auto desk account as well as in Revit, i can see changes on the surface but it seems as though these changes haven't taken place on the back end and is affecting my ability to work in any cloud based models and cannot even seem them listed through Revit. RVT 2017 and 2018.

Hello @MikeMarx,

Thank you for posting to our forums!

I am sorry to hear you are having A360/BIM 360 Team sign in conflicts after updating your email address in your Autodesk account and Revit.

Could I trouble you to provide:

  1. The previous and current email address
  2. The URL to the hub you are trying to access

Please send this information via private message so that I could investigate and assist you further.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello @MikeMarx,

I wanted to follow up and see if you are still having this issue?

If so, could you please advise on the questions I previously asked?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Solved

I'm not sure how it was solved I'm assuming that Autodesk had to do some back of the house changes and then I repeated the process of changing my password and the problem was solved.
