When a consultant, contractor, etc. uploads a file, it indicates in the "Owner" column that one who originally created the project folder is the owner. I believe it should indicate whoever uploaded the file as the owner or as the uploader. Otherwise, everyone thinks I've uploaded every file and they contact me for questions.

It would be very nice if we could show in the Owner column who uploaded the file or to have another column on the grid showing who last uploaded a file.
