Confirm first sync (desktop)

Autodesk 360 Sync component (Win system tray) should ask before downloading A360 content to its local cache/folders for the first time for a given user (=creating the user folder). Otherwise you may inadverently copy your personal A360 files to a foreign PC where you login temporarily e.g. to use Live Maps in AutoCAD.

Thanks for posting your IDEA to the IdeaStation. I just wanted to get some more details about your IDEA.   Are you working in an office where you share computers?   What is the condition where you are seeing file sync on a different computer.  

The A360 Desktop Sync is off by default when you are on a new PC, so you would need to enable it before it would start to sync your content.   If you are using someone's eleses system and they have A360 Drive Sync client enabled, you could just pause Sync while logging into A360 on that system. One other option would be to get the data from the WEB Site and not login to your A360 account on a different computer. 

So you can disable the Sync Client in advance, but you won't get a warning.  I'm not sure how Sync would know you are not on your system, it's designed to work between comptuers so that might be an intersting challenge.

Is the "sync-off" a per-logged-in-user setting? Inadvertent sync shouldn't depend on remembering to first pause something. I'm referring to situations when showing something on collegue's computer, user training, remote assistance, etc.
