can anybody help!
i am upgrading from ver 3 vault to 4,trying to remove ver 3 but getting error message:
'error 1921.service world wide web publishing(w3svc)could not be stopped.verify sufficient priveges to stop system services'
Are you able to stop it manually? It's called "World Wide Web
Publishing" in the Services control panel.
