Service Packs go where?

I have 4 service packs:
Productstream_Client_Sp2.exe
Productstream_Server_Sp2.exe
Productstream_VaultClient_Sp2.exe
Data_Management_Server_4.1_SP1.exe

Am I correct in assuming both the Data_Management_Server_4.1_SP1.exe and
Productstream_Server_Sp2.exe need to be installed on the server, the
Productstream_Client_Sp2.exe is for stand-alone clients only &
Productstream_VaultClient_Sp2.exe is for Inventor users only?

Dave - delete the Productstream service packs - according to your signature, you are running Vault 4.

You need Autodesk Vault 4 Service pack 2 for your Vault clients - found here:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=5783401&linkID=4517342

and Autodesk Data Management Server 4.0 Service Pack 1 for your Vault Server - found here:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=5596118&linkID=4517342

And the performance will blow your socks off - bring on the next service pack!

I'm running Vault 4.1 w/ Inventor 10 & Product Stream on my machine. I have
4 Product Stream Client only users & 4 Inventor 10 users w/o Product Stream.

Then you need:

"Productstream Server sp2" on your DM Server.
"Productstream Client sp2" on YOUR workstation.
"Productstream Vault client sp2" on the four Inventor 10 workstations. I'll assume these four workstations run the Vault Explorer and connect to the same DM Server as you.

Thanks Pete
From looking at some other posts it looks like DM server sp1 was renamed for
sp2 & removed from the Inventor series section of the web site?

I think so too. It's one of those service packs that is really worth the effort though - we had a huge assembly that used to take about 3 minutes to open through Vault - and that went to 35 seconds after installing this spk. Bring on the next one!
