No Preview in Vault Explorer 2014

Hi, 

  I just start at Vault. 

  In Vault Explorer 2014, I check in and out some AutoCAD DWG files, some with preview and some not. What's wrong?

If you go to the History tab, does it show Thumbnails for that file?

  It is same as the Preview tab. 

  My Vault server is 2014, client is Pro 2014, AutoCAD Addon is 2012. could this be problem?

It sounds like there might be a problem on the server side.  I would recommend that you take a look at your server logs and log a product support case to get more assistance.

Another thought on troubleshooting, is it only happening on a computer for a specific user or all users?

Is is specific to the version of AutoCAD or can you try AutoCAD 2014?
