Migration from Productstream 2009 to Vault 2013

I am pretty new in Vault issues and in a few days I am facing a following problem:

I must migrate my customer's database from Productstream 2009 to Vault Collaboration 2013.

As far as I know klient now rums on SQL 2005 Express and is willing to upgrade to SQL 2012 MOLP.

I heard that first I must migrate from Productstream to Vault 2009 and then upgrade through all the versions of Vault. Some metadata will be lost but it's ok.

Are there any tools to migrate to Vault? Or maybe there are some  online resources dealing with it?

May someone give me step-by-step instruction about whole process?

sql server 2012 is not supported with any version of vault

so i suggest you read the system requirements first see attached
