AutoCAD 2013 crashes after DataStandard extension installed

After installed Vault DataStandard, start AutoCAD (Mechanical) 2013, it will crash.

AutoCAD 2014 starts without problem, DataStandard plugin also works fine.

Try rename "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\DataStandard.bundle" folder, then start AutoCAD 2013, it will start without problem.

Can I change some registry value or configuration file to prevent DataStandard from loading for AutoCAD 2013? I think this extension is only designed for 2014, should not load for AutoCAD 2013.

The Data Standard 2014 Add-In is also loaded into AutoCAD 2013 because of the <RuntimeRequirements> setting in

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\DataStandard.bundle\PackageContents.xml"

If you change the “SeriesMin” attribute to “R19.1” the Add-In should not be loaded into AutoCAD 2013:
