Is it possible for you to add BIM in AutoCAD environment? Like Graitec Advance (Concrete & Steel), the program is BIM but it is running in AutoCAD environment. I think it would also be a good idea if you can combine, for example, Revit in AutoCAD and add some commands like "converttofamily" to convert AutoCAD solid/surface objects into a family/Revit family. If that will happen, the freedom to design is infinite.
