I am comparing deformation and reinforcement results with another program (FEM-design), and are having trouble understanding the difference between Deflection (in Slab - requried reinforcement) and Deformation (in geometry).
The part of the construction we are interested in, are the two cantilevers (roof and 2nd floor). These are connected with each other with steel bars, which results in an union deformation. We got the same deformation result in both slabs in the Geometry tab, but compared to FEM-design it is twice as small. We also got too much reinforcement in some places, and if we set a correct c/c, it was not able to provide enough reinforcement. Is there a place where we can adjust the stifness of the slab (exept the E-modul of the concrete)? So we get more deformation and less reinforcement.
