P-Delta analysis Error

I think there is a problem with P-Delta analysis. I have attached two pictures and my original file. could you please help me to solve this issue?

In fact you should have been able to define P-Delta analysis for a combination with dynamic seismic case and it must be some unforeseen sequence of actions which allowed you to get there. Anyway you should either use static seismic approach instead of the response spectra analysis or combine a combination of linear cases (calculated with P-delta) and the dynamic seismic case (which itself IMHO is a bit unusual bearing that the structure moves in both directions for the later).

Please compare results for the last two combinations in the attached model.
