Crash with no Error Message

Hello, 

 

I recently installed a student version of Revit Structure 2013 on my laptop and I thought everything went fine until I opened the program. At first it opened and asked if I wanted to be part of CIP, but after closin that dialogue the program immediately closed with no error message of any sort. It now does this every time I try to open the program! any suggestions would be most welcome!

Have you tried doing a clean uninstall and reinstall?
