Calculate pipe slope using osnap

Is there a way to bypass the slope setting and let osnaps determin the pipe slope.  For example, can a pipe be drawin from endpoint to endpoint of a 3d line by simply snapping to the endpoints resulting in the pipe centerline coinciding with the 3d line.  We have a project where it is necessary to follow existing centerlines and i want to avoid having to calculate the slope between each bend.

While you cannot use 3d osnap, you can do what you want to do by working in a few different views t properly place pipes.

Here is a short video of the process:

Please let me know if this works for you.
