Problem to render

Hello, my name is Joel Alvarado and I am a student of drawing, study in Santiago, Chile. I register and download the program for students revit architecture 2013. I use it withoutproblems and my computer is able to stand it, but I have a problem when making a boxrender image is not complete the process and does not render. attempt then again and theprogram closes automatically without performing the render. this is the only problem I havebut very detrimental to my school work. I hope you can help solve it.

Hello Joel, please confirm your system requirements and if there's any update? Does it happen to all the models?Or could you offer me the latest 3 Revit journal files?
