Cut Plane for Individual Objects

I am working on a project with split levels where one floor is 48" below an  adjacent floor. I can show both levels in one view but can only cut through the windows on one of the levels and not the other due to their head and sill heights.  Is there a way of overriding the cut plane of some walls so that the windows can be cut for both levels?

I believe that a Plan Region would suit your needs.
