Print Problems Autocad 2013 64 bits

I have Autocad 2013 64 bits on a windows 8 (64bits) ASUS Desktop.

The problem is when I want to plot to a HP DesignJet 500ps in the plot menu, I select the plotter name and immediately turns to "none", I don´t have the same problem whit my other printers and this don´t happen whit other programs like word, excel, etc.

I uninstall and reinstall the plotter and autocad two times but the problem prevails.

A few weeks ago i had another computer whit Windows 7 (32bits) and Autocad 2013 (32bits) and had no problem whit the plotter.

All HP devices require a current version of HP's Universal Printer Driver, installed on the 64bit PC, to work in Windows 64bit and AutoCAD.

Assuming your issues are not WIn8 related.
