Help! "Save as" NWD replaced Main NWF file

I have a central NWF File that i have all of my clash detections on and my multiple trade models appended into. I was meaning to publish my model as an NWD to distribute to the trades BIM managers to review. I instead went to "save as" and Saved the file as an NWD and it replaced my main NWF file. Is there anyway i can recover this NWF File I tried to but it appears i saved over it some how throughout the process. Now I have a "dated" NWD file  and an NWF file that references my "dated" NWD File. I want to have my selection tree to not reference my NWD file but be a list of all of the individual models, However I do not want to loose all of my clash reports. I esentially lost my main project file and at this point it appears i need to start fresh.
