Beginner with MoldFlow Insight 2016

Hi guys,

I am new here . I need advices from you guys.

I am Mold Designer for plastic . For mold I want to know for myself informations about MoldFlow software and learn fast as it is benefits to know that in Mold area.

I use Autodesk MoldFlow 2016

where should I start and what basic should I need to know , I want to know to analyse my mold design and to see are there warp, shrinkage. draft angles , gate, cooling channel etc.

What kind of background I need to know for MoldFlow to understand that software ?

I wanted to provide you a link to our Moldflow Insight Learn and Explore (For Beginners) which goes over meshing, creating projects, an introduction to reading results, and more.

This Getting started (tutorial) provides simple things like importing a model, the layout of the user interface, and model manipulation.

As you begin to become more fluent with Moldflow Insight workflow and overall usability of the software, I also recommend reviewing the Intermediate Moldflow Insight Learn and Explore link, as well as the Advanced Moldflow Insight Learn and Explore link.

Moldflow has a YouTube channel which also includes a large collection of videos ranging in topics from effective mold modeling to an overview of the pack and warp analysis, and more.
