dimensioning an angled end of pipe

Can anyone tell me how to dimension an angled cut at the end of a tube
without resorting to autocad dimensions? I would like this to automatically
adjust it's position whenever the pipe length is changed.

TIA!

Extrude a rectangle to a distance D and with a dimensioned height D, length L and angle A. center the tube profile at the end of the rectangle at a distance D/2 from top and side. Do an interference extrude of the tube to length L.

Can you draw little lines at the problem spot, and turn them into annotations, then
dimension to them?

Kevin,
I made a pipe by extruding concentric circles and used face draft to "cut"
the end at an angle. Created a ps view and used power dim / angular option
to dim the angle. Is that what you want?
