Rotation tool units not in degrees?

When I'm rotating an object in LT it is not rotating in regular degrees, it seems like it's going from -1 to 1. Is this a Maya LT thing? How can I change it back to degrees? The Discrete Rotate option doesn't seem to work like it used to either.

I opened up a new scene and it is working properly, but my old scene is still not working right.

Any suggestions?

thanks

Hi,

Could it be that you have your rotation preference set to radians instead of degrees?  Try going to Windows/ Settings/Preferences/ preferences and click on Settings in the left list.  Make sure the dropdown named "Angular" is set to degrees.

Thanks,

Remi

Also try deleting your MayaLT preferences and relaunching MayaLT I think this will fix the Discreet Rotation problem.

Please let me know if either of these help, if they don't and you are still having a problem, could you send your file to us so we can take a look at it?

Thanks,

Remi
