Update section view when part is moved or rotated

Assembly mode section view does not rebuild view correctly when parts are rotated (see attached pdf)

When an assembly is rotationally symmetric, so parts are not contrained about the rotation axis and any parts are manually rotated, the section view does not update correctly.

 Hi Clayton,

I could not reproduce the issue anymore with Inventor 2018. So change the Status to Archived.

If you continue to see the issue with R2018, please add one video for your workflow.
