Copy / paste into different Inventor sessions

It's pretty common for me to have multiple Inventor session open so I can reference other designs while drawing.

I would like to be able to copy / paste sketches, parts, assemblies, sketch symbols, etc. from one Inventor session into another.

I can add the appropriate search paths if needed.

Even if it only worked for text and symbols in drawings, this would still be handy.
