file numbering Inventor Proffesional

Is it possible to autogenrate a kind of file numbering system? When you make drawings from an assembley, I don't see how the drawings refer to each other? I am looking for a solution, where a drawing number appears in the title block, and is connected with the assembley. Or at least refer to the name of the part.

In your Title blocks template from the drawing resources you can add the "Part number" of the model:

If this is the solution, push the solution button Smiley Wink (and maybe some kudos)

Chances are very good that the drawing number field on your title block is already tied to the stock number iProperty from your drawing.  If you add a number there, it should show up in your title block, so long as you haven't messed with the templates too much.

By default the part/assembly iProperty Part Number is the same as the name you use when the file is saved. So in the drawing Title Block you can insert the iProperty <PART NUMBER> which then brings this into the drawing. Also by default the part/assembly and the drawing for that part/assembly are the same, a very easy way to see the link between the part/assembly and the respective drawing.
