You can use Mirror in sketches, but sometimes it creates problems, especially if the resulting profiles share the mirror line.
In this case I prefer to just rough sketch and then use Symmetric constraint.
But usually the best technique is to create a feature and mirror the feature rather than sketch entities.
We should be able to do a simple animation of the crank rotating and the piston moving in the cylinder.

I made an assembly and mated axis and planes. But I dont know how to i.e. make this piston moved in straight vertial position. When I try to move whole assembly sometimes it is dismantled despite I enabled function contact solver. I would like to set eveything in this way: Just when I catch the piston it will be moving up/down and crank will be turning along with the rod. I also dont know how to center the bolt in the middle of the rod in the simplest way. I used offset but it was a bit time consuming as I counted distances.
So can we start with the animation and setting the assembly?

I realized one thing. Probably I understood you incorrectly when you said mirror the feature. I treated feature as an object. I had a look at help and I think this is different thing. BTW I have 2 cranks one mirrored as an object and the second one with 2 sketches. I will choose the one which is better
You still aren't following the logic of SYMMETRY (see your bolt.ipt)
The assembly is all a matter of logic as well (use symmetry about the origin to simplify the constraining).
See the attached assembly. Drag the crank with your mouse.
Find the Drive This constraint on your crank.
Right click on this constraint and select Drive Constraint.
BTW - your connecting rod is way too complicated. You are still doing wayyyyyy too much work.
Thank you very much. I did not know which assemblies to use at all. Now I can investigate and learn. I see that you used a lot of flush/mate with planes. To be honest I would not do that on my own as per now.
May I have last question. Is it difficult to make valves opening and closing like in real engine and simple animation of blue intake and red combustion/exaust gases. I am doing presentation about engines. I have 4 weeks to go. I can make a cam as I tried generator but I dont know if I need whole cam driving system( i.e chain or cambelt) , however I will do it by the way to learn more.

Animating valve/cam is not too difficult. The belt or chain is not needed for animation (and I would just show it as static, when would not even notice that it is not moving.
Showing red/blue gasses would take a reall bit of trickery.
I might be able to round up a tutorial if you get that far along.
...Therefore I dont know how to connect shaft and this gear. ....
