[IV 2008] - Personnalized Content center library with Bolt connexions

Hi
I have created an additionnal library consisting on bolt, screws we use in order to have only the model we need and to have the part list showing "Vis CHC" instead of "ISO 4762" (french label).
Eveything is working fine for the part list, but when I use "bolt connexion" I cannot spot the "Vis CHC" it is still showing "ISO 4762" and I have to switch between "DIN" and "ISO" to find our screws...
The problem is : we still need to know the ISO or DIN number for each parts and we do not have any information to choose the right one.
After choosing the right one (ex : ISO 4762) the label is ok (check pictures on the pdf)

Is there any way to allow me to show the good label?
Another point, I have desactivated the library ANSI and others, keeping only DIN and ISO, but I can still choose AFNOR, ANSI, even if they have empty in the list.
Last point, can I create a "personal" norm in place of ISO and DIN ?

Please read through the following thread:

I believe you are experiencing the same problem. If you use the 'Save Copy As' option when creating a custom CC library for your fasteners you should see the new name you are looking for in the Bolted Connection dialog box: "Vis CHC".

Hope this helps, Paul

I read the thread but I do not have the option "save copy as" but only "copy to".
I use the content center editor to do so, no other choice than that.
I am using IV 2008, this is perhaps the limitation origin...

Edit :
In fact, it is a limitation of IV2008

We will soon install IV 2010 so I will wait a little bit, at least it works in the Parts list Edited by: Herfilem on Oct 26, 2009 1:28 PM
