Help with adding a Tab to the Ribbon

Needing Help on how to add a tab on the ribbon bar, my computer has it but not sure how to add it to anothe. The Tab I'm looking to add is called: Add-Ins, see attached

RC on the ribbon and select

Then find it in the next dialog window and slide it over to the right side.
