Delete lines with dimensions on them.

I have a problem when trying to delete any lines with dimensions on them.

Trim tool and the Del button do not work and I cannot select these lines.

seems weird, are the lines an element of a Patthern? can they be seletced by region select?

Could you please attach the model and we can do further research?
