Can you open up a part from the idw?

I Thought I read this in the new features about IV7? Can we do this? If so,
how?

You can do this using Patrick's "Open View Contents" macro.
http://hjem.get2net.dk/opad/ (R6 will work for R7, I believe)

I just installed Patrick's OVC on R7. It worked great in a few test cases.
Thanks Patrick.

As soon as it's possible to reorder in the browser again and the functions
for manipulation is available through the API.

I've already been thinking about the possible sort types like:

Sort by alphabet
Sort by type (part, assy, sm, ipart, library etc.)
Sort by status (visibility, enabled, adaptive etc.)
