Context menu

In a context menu that I added my button to the "How To" right above it doesn't seem to
work. Don't know if it doesn't because I added the button or ?? but someone might want
to see if there is a problem in this area.

I just tested it and it's working ok for me. There must be something
specific that you're doing or the "How To" is broken at the state you have
Inventor in.

Suppose it could just be that "How To" is just broken normally in that state.

I posted the method I used back on June 10th under the subject "A few outstanding
questions"

If I am doing it wrong I would love to hear how to do it right 8^)

I've posted a sample Add-In that demonstrates adding to the context menu in
autodesk.inventor.customer-files. It adds a new command to the context menu
whenever a face has been selected. The new command will display the area of
the selected face.

For some reason, I'm only able to insert the button at the bottom of the
context menu. I've filed a change request for this issue.
