Autodesk Support universal login

Anyone else experiencing difficulty getting into Autodesk Support site via
the universal login or is it something to do with my settings / firewall

Owen -

Another user asked that question and was told that the login
passwords had been changed. You should have received an email
giving you new access to the ADN site.

Username and passwords should have only changed for people who are setup
as their site's administrator for their accounts.
