I have not had the product for a month and have made countless trips to the school to do work that I should have done at home. I get two radio buttons. The product successfully downloaded. I did not read the instructions to get access code while I had the product. I took this class years two or three years ago. I need a new activation code. I went to the dean of my school. I talked to my professor. Please resolve this issue.
