About two weeks ago I downloaded the 30-day trial of revit and though the download was complete, I was unable to fully install or use the the program. I've been too busy to troubleshoot why the program didnt instal and am wondering whether the trial countdown started once I downloaded the program.If so, due to my technical difficulty is there any recourse to allow me to get the full 30 day experience?
The 30 day trial download starts the day it is installed on a system. As it turns out, we are unable to change the expiration date of the trial version do to system limitations. Typically, we require a SN to extend however the trial version do not generate a SN. I suggest to download the trial on another system.
I recommend to install on a new computer if your current computer indicates the trial has expired.
