I just downloaded my upgrade. I put in my previous serial as well as what appears to be the product key and it didn't work.

Please send me a Private Message with your serial number. To do so, click on my profile name (simona.golisciano) and then on "Send this user a private message". I will then send you a solution via e-mail.
this is all set. Apparently my serial number got "stuck" and they expedited it yesterday.
