portable licence utility problem

I have recently installed LDDT 2i and Civil Design 2i on my PC at Work and
also on my PC at home, with a single user licence. I use the portable
licence utility for both pieces of software. When I am finishing work, I
export the licence to my home PC onto a floppy disc and at home I import the
licence from the floppy disc. In the morning, I reverse the procedure. This
procedure has been working fine for some days. However, this evening, for no
obvious reason, the portable licence utility for LDDT will not export to my
home PC, giving the message "this licence cannot currently be exported to
this machine". Civil Design will export without any problem. Has anybody got
any suggestions to help me out of this dilemma? Thanks in anticipation.

Thomas,

First, try rebooting your system, there may be a hung process that makes the
PLU think the application is in use. If that does not work, start the
application and take a look at the HELP-ABOUT dialog box. This will tell
you your license state, let us know what is says.
