'help.cab' required

My 3ds max 2011 educational version (I have downloaded it) won't install because the file 'help.cab' is invalid. I have downloaded it several times, but in vain. So I have a request for those who have been able to install it successfully.

Please search for the file 'help.cab' in the folder where you have extracted the files from the extractor. You may use the search feature of Windows. If you find it, please upload it here as an attachment.

I think you maybe able to download older versions from students.autodesk.com.  I would check out this post for reference:

No, actually I need the Character Animation Tools which are available in 3ds max 2011 only.
