In addition to using an alternative browser, corrupt downloads and/or CRC errors are also typically resolved by disabling your firewall and antivirus. Can you please give that a shot and let us know how it goes?
Hello. Double check your antivirus. A few of the big ones like to continue to run after you tell them not to. Open your Task manager and kill any lingering processes.
You could also log in under a new account and see if that helps. You could also uninstall and reinstall NET on your machine. I would check the Windows Event viewer as well to see if you have any failures around the time of the install. There may be more info there to research.
How large are your install files? It is always possible you have a failed download. These are large files. Use a different browser and if you ar eon a wireless connection, plug into the wall.
