i can't open the software

when i am stattinng 2 error msgs are comming

unhandeld exception
1)c0000005,e4c181foh
2)FFFFFFF8,2AED2110h

Civil 3D 2011 update 2
win XP ser prack 3
i used it before, not first installing

pls help me quickly

These errors are most commonly caused by a problem in your Microsoft .NET Framework. .NET Framework issues can be resolved using the .NET Framework Cleanup Tool. More information about this tool can be found at my discussion thread here:
