Subscription centre will not allow me to make a support request...company has dozens of licences ranging from acad to plant advanced design suites, revit etc
when i go to products page none are listed..so will not allow me to make support request!

Some profiles seem ok
The HN and the HM all come out to be 300x200.
I need a fix for this ASAP
Either a replacement database or a hotfix - URGENT
Setting up to do project work. If we cant get this fixed immediately we will be forced to use another package.
When setting up the profiles for the project preferences, I have loaded the CHIIN9 database.
Pick 'list of profiles', then in the Profile List dialogue box,
type=c = channels : picture is of channel
type=cc = cold formed channels : picture is of channel
type=cchs = cold formed circular hollow sections :: picture is of channel
and so on...
Is there a CHIN9 database i can add to replace the inopperable one that shiped with the program
I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues the Subscription Center. If you can send me your contract number(s) via Personal Message here on the forums I'll have this sorted for you ASAP.
It seems this issue is not installation and licensing.
Could you tell us what software you are using? Revit Architecture or Map? Clear what product you are using, it will help us solve your issue.
