adu18res.dll not found

I received an error message stating "adu18res.dll not found" when I tried launching AutoCAD.  I am attempting to install AutoCAD 2010 Student Version on to a machine(64 bits) with a Vista Ultimate OS.  I have attempted to uninstall what appears to be two instances of the program; via the control panel, the program will not uninstall.  If I was able to unstall, I would re-install the program. Please provide me with a solution to this problem.

Its language pack installation failure which is causing the issue.

Please try to install the software in diagnostics mode as described here.

If the issue persisits, please post the all the log files from the %temp% folder (start->run/search->type %temp% ->Enter) as a zip file.
