Good afternoon, We possess an hard dvd copy of Autodesk 3DS Max 2009 and use to run a network base licensing borrow system, which works well. Thing is that the service running the LMTools must be switch to a new server. If I'm correct, we need a new license file for the license to run on a different machine, so I've tried to register our product online and get a new license, but the registering process fails, it says that it cannot be registered in the US. It is a hard copy of the software (Assembled in Ireland, if I refer to the dvd case, don't think it's relevant) and we are located in Belgium. Can you help me figure out how to register our product and get a server license out of it? Regards, Samuel
