Autocad R14 will not work on Windows 2000 trying to get a network license (Which I assume is what you are talking about).
Autocad R14.01 however will work, with the adesksys.dll that you have.
If you are actually running R14 (and not 14.01) then you are simply out of luck (unfortunately). Your only option, if you want to
stay with R14, is to upgrade to 14.01. If you don't have a copy of 14.01, you could be in even more trouble. Autodesk has dropped
support of R14, and as of Jan, 15 (I think) you can't even upgrade it. The only thing that I know to do is to call your dealer and
see if they have a copy laying around somewhere.
