Vault 2012 installation is failiing. Please assist.

Local installation under an admin user for Vault 2012 is silently failing. Attached is a log file. Does anyone have any suggestions? If further information is needed please ask and I will supply as best/fast as possible.

Copy the installation to your hard drive and install from there as Admin and with UAC and anti-virus off.  If you're doing a silent install, don't.

I am still receiving the same error. The installation is stored locally, I am logged in as the domain admin and the OS is XP. any suggestions?

Was the installation a deployment?  Or did you copy the physical media to the local hard disk?  You'll need to forget the deployment and copy the DVD or USB drive to C:\ and run setup there.  Post your install logs from %TEMP% if it fails again.
