User and Userprofile not correct for users

Dear all,

at our school, we are using Inventor 2011 on win7-workstations (64bit). Servicepacks an Hotfixes are installed. Logged in as an admin, everything is ok, but logged in as a different user (even if the user has administrative rights) following happens:

At the startup of inventor 11, an error-message appears: the path of the temp-directory still belongs to the installation-admin. If the path is corrected manually, other directory-paths are wrong (see attachement).

Thank you for any help

ih

Have you tried correcting it using the variable % names instead of physical paths?  That one is pretty odd.  Was this modified during setup for some reason?

Yes, I did. I used systemvariables like %ALLUSERSPROFILE% and the problem was solved for the actual user but not for other users who have to work at the same workstation.

I think that the directory-paths have to be changed somewhere in the registry or mast be changed in a default-profile.

But I don't know that. Can you help me?
