I am a new user and am unable to access the download page. It forwards me to the sso subdomain and the page remains blank and the page title says "Submit Form". I also cannot load the tech support page to submit a new ticket due to the same problem.
I am attempting to download the latest AutoCAD Architecture.
I found in other threads that this is an account issue on Autodesk's end. Can my account please be corrected ASAP?
I've done some internal corrections in your account. Please allow 24 hours for these changes to be effective, then try again to access the Download page and the Technical Support area. If it still does not work, please let us know. In that case, we may have to reset your password.
